Doomsday

Hearts shatter and cities crumble,
Minds reel and pillars tumble,
Faith burns bright, as technology stumbles.

Wings of steel, and talons of death,
Arms of metal, and the crushing grip of hate,
Eyes of glass, and the stare of destruction,
Covering the globe, sealing its fate!

Witness the Dawn of a New Era,
Born of the fires of fear and terror,
A new God rises, staring into his own mirror!

Before the fires start to subside,
The thirst unquenched,
The eyes turn slowly outside,
To new lands unconquered, and entrenched!

Thus began the End of Days!
